Making Lists

Yesterday I watched this,
Yes, making list to get organized. Students and educators like to make lists as notes taking. At the same time, listing the ideas is also good to  guide us in writing the essays. While making lists is a habit for many of us, I am not sure whether it can be used in text analysis (textual literacy). This is because it is too short, and is not written in complete sentences. Sometimes, the persons who makes the list tend to use their own secret words, just like the one in the video. She replaced the word cucumber with other word that only she alone can understand.

I mentioned textual literacy and text analysis because I came across these this morning. Please kindly comment if I have interpreted it wrongly .

Whatever it is, making lists is more than a practical tool, as stated here. List-making is a psychological strategy that give us a sense of satisfaction when things are done and we could feel relieved! 😊
That's the psychology behind of making lists in our daily lives.
